University Blvd Update

Construction is ahead of schedule. Road should open mid-2012 instead of end of 2012.

Inital speed will be 40 mph. But traffic studies after opening will determine final speed.

All beams for bridges have been installed. Paving is well underway.

Soon, Monarch St will open to thru traffic on a temporary basis (two lanes of Elkins will be shut down during this time)
